Registration Details

1. Cost for the seminar and competition are as follow:

NOTE *: Saturday Night Cruise cost is included in the “Competition” and “Competition and Seminar” packages. Extra places for the dinner are available at $55 per head.

2. Competition Individual Seeding List:

Individual event seeding (using the State Registration Form) needs to be submitted by state association to akc@nswkendo.org by Wednesday 20th February. (Only names of participant and their associated seeding are needed at this stage.)

This seeding registration process is particularly important for the Kyu and Dan Individual competitions as it is likely that not all states will fill their quotas. Larger states are requested to submit the anticipated/desired number of places for the Kyu and Dan individual events, in seeded order using the attached State Registration form.

The NSWKA will confirm places, and notify state associations of the availability of any additional places by Monday 25th February.

3. Final Submission of State Registration Form & Fees:

Final payment for all fees (competition, seminar, grading) needs to be paid through state associations by Friday 29th February. All fees should be transferred to the NSWKA bank account:

After transfer of fund, state association needs to email completed State Registration Form to akc@nswkendo.org.

Hardcopies of AKR Grading form collected by State Association should be mailed to the NSWKA on Friday 29th February to the following address (so that the forms can be received by NSWKA no later than Wednesday 5th March):

The Saturday Night Welcoming Dinner will be held on a Captain Cook Cruise around the Sydney Harbour - No. 1, King Street Wharf, Darling Harbour (in front of Bungalow 8 Bar). This dinner is included in the “Competition” and “Competition + Seminar” packages. Extra places for the dinner are available at $55 per head.
