2008/09 NSWKA Membership Registration/Renewal

 

 

Please read the following information regarding the NSWKA membership registration procedures.

 

 

What benefits do you get as a NSWKA member?

·                    Eligible to participate in competitions organised by AKR/NSWKA's affiliated clubs.

Where can I obtain the 2008/09 NSWKA Membership Registration Form?

 

To renew your membership, you will need to complete the 2008/09 NSWKA Membership Registration/Renewal Form.

What should I do with my NSWKA Membership Form?

 

Method 1: via Club Representative

1.       Please complete all fields on the Membership Registration Form.

2.       Submit the completed Membership Registration Form and Fees to your club representative.  Your club representative will collect all Forms from your club and pass them on to NSWKA for registration.

 

Method 2: via Internet Banking + Email (only if you can't submit to your club representative)

1.                  Please complete all fields on the Membership Registration Form.

2.                  Transfer membership fees to the NSWKA bank account as follow:

Bank/Branch: Westpac - King Street, Sydney NSW 2000

3.                  Email completed membership form to secretary@nswkendo.org after transfer of fund. 

 

 

Membership Fees

 

The 2008/09 NSWKA Membership is valid from the date of registration till 30th June 2009.

 

The Membership Fees consists of two components: Registration Fee + Discipline Fee

 

·                    Registration Fee - $70 for adult player / $40 for junior player.

·                    Discipline Fee - $10 per discipline. 

 

Example 1: An adult kendo annual membership fee = ($70 + $10) = $80.

 

Example 2: A junior kendo, iaido membership fee = ($40 + $10 + $10) = $60.

 

A $10 early-bird discount applies if membership is received before 1st July 2008.

 

 

Membership Renewal Due Date

 

The 2008/09 NSWKA Membership must be received by NSWKA before 30th June 2008 to be eligible for the early-bird discount. So please submit your form at least one week ahead to your club representative to allow time for your club to prepare. Please submit your completed membership registration immediately if you plan to participate in any AKR / NSWKA events in 2007-08.
